Natalya Berdikyan
Founder of Frontline Consulting and Life by Design Academy
Natalya Berdikyan, originally from Moscow, lived in USA, Netherlands, Spain and Belgium. She has over 20 years of experience in building businesses across various geographies and sectors including IT, HR, event management, publishing, aviation, confectionary production and retail. Being an entrepreneur at heart, she also sits on various boards including Brussels Chamber of Commerce (BECI) and Entrepreneurs’ Organisation (EO).
She is a painter, dancer and active traveller by soul. Art, dance, new geographies and cultures is a way of connecting to her true passions: creativity, discovery, learning and development. Her motive is to fully experience life, exhaust all the ways to unlimited growth potential, build new opportunities and sustainable value added.
Part of her personal and professional experience is embracing extreme cultural differences and economic conditions, adopting to change, expanding borders, getting out of the comfort zones, building international partnership, unleashing true potential and experiencing all life, world and business landscape has to offer. With various years of personal and professional discovery, she has a strong passion to help people and organisations to grow, discover new opportunities and make a positive difference by leaving lasting legacy they would be proud of.
Natalya is multilingual, holds an MBA from ESERP Business School of Barcelona, a Bachelor’s in International Business Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, studied Economics in Moscow University of Humanitarian Sciences, graduate from California High School through leadership exchange program and Moscow English Gymnasium.
Natalya has a strong belief in collaboration and partnerships, the power local and global network. She is working with a team of professional experts in each business field and geography to assure the success of each project.
